Weight around 400kg, Dimensions 2.6 mtrs wide 1.5 mtrs deep 500mm high. The scraper can be locked into full weight by swinging the locking plates around so they face inwards of the sides, this will put full downward weight of the machine on the working surface.

When the locking plates are in the unlock position this will put the machine into float meaning that you only have the weight of the blade on the working surface.
The rubber strips are 100mm wide and are punched in the middle, this allows you to turn them over for a second life.
The scraper can be used in the lock and unlock position on feed pads, however it is recommended that if you are using the machine on metal races then use in the unlock position only, other than when you are using the steel blade.
When fitting the scraper to the front end loader raise the leading edge of the machine 20mm by shortening the crowd ram.
When fitted to a 3 point linkage raise the leading edge of the scraper 20mm by extending the top link.
If the Scraper is chattering then it is not set correct.
The float plates are located in the middle of the scraper and are used to hold the blade up.
If you are scraping a race then go to the nearest gateway when the machine is full, go into the paddock don’t worry if you pick up some stones on the way through they will stay in the scraper the dung will start spreading the moment you hit the grass, a full load will spread about 40mts and not damage the pasture, return to the gate and lift the machine it will leave the stones where they came from.
If you are using the scraper on the front end loader use the weight of the machine only DO NOT use downward pressure this will apply too  much weight and destroy the rubber strip.
DO NOT use the scraper on races when fitted to a front end loader the machines are very robust and can cause damage to the loader.
When setting the steel blade simply remove the bolt that holds it in the upright position let the blade fall down, fit the same bolt through the holes provided and do up tight.
