PAD Industries is committed to providing quality products to our customers. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please make contact with us immediately and we will on receiving the product refund to you your purchase price. If the product has been damaged during loading through lack of familiarization with the loading instructions then a credit will not be processed. If the product has damage to the finished surface on return, then the re-coating price will  be deducted from the credit. This must be discussed with P a d Industries ltd before any final decision is made.
