Where no price is stated in writing or agreed to orally the goods shall be deemed to be sold at the current amount as such goods are sold by Pad Industries ltd at the time of the contract. The price may be increased by the amount of any reasonable increase in the cost of supply of goods that is beyond the control of pad Industries ltd between the date of the contract and the delivery of the goods. Payment of goods shall be made in full on or before the 20th day of each month following the date of invoice known as the due date. No product will be dispatched unless full payment is made when buying through the checkout. Interest may be charged on any overdue account at a rate of 2.5% per month.   Quotations made by Pad Industries ltd will be valid for 30 days after the quotation has been made, The quotation will be made excluding gst. Pad Industries ltd reserve the right to alter the quotation due to circumstances beyond its control. Any product will remain the property of Pad Industries ltd until it has been delivered to the client. Pad industries will not be liable for delay or failure to perform its obligations if the cause of the delay or failure is beyond its control. Manufactures warranty applies where applicable. Pad Industries ltd owns and has copyright in all its designs and those designs can not be used for any purpose whatsoever unless it has been authorized by management of pad Industries ltd. Pad Industries ltd will not be held responsible for the loss or damage of any product it owns during the delivery to a client. No claim relating to the goods will be considered unless made within 7 days of delivery. Any instructions received by Pad Industries ltd from the client for the supply of goods shall constitute a binding contract and acceptance of the terms and conditions contained herein. Consumer guarantees the guarantees contained in the consumer guarantees act 1993 are excluded where the client acquires goods from Pad Industries ltd for the purpose of a business in terms of section 2 and 43 of that act. Pad Industries Ltd reserves the right to increase any product at any time without notice.
